The Hayride is reporting there may be an "Attack of the Attorneys General" in the making over ObamaCare. From Texas AG Greg Abbott on Facebook:

"I am organizing a conference call tonight for AGs across the country. We will discuss our litigation strategy about the health care bill. I will update you on facebook after the conference call."

Will Louisiana's Attorney General, Buddy Caldwell, be in on this? Don't bet on it.
