Liar, Liar, Mom-jeans On Fire!

Remember, dear readers, it was just last month The One claimed, "There is no spying on Americans."

Oops.

Today The Washington Post - yes, THAT Washington Post - says that Team Hopenchange had the restrictions on spying on Americans removed:

The Obama administration secretly won permission from a surveillance court in 2011 to reverse restrictions on the National Security Agency’s use of intercepted phone calls and e-mails, permitting the agency to search deliberately for Americans’ communications in its massive databases, according to interviews with government officials and recently declassified material.

And just who had those restrictions put into place to protect Americans privacy? WaPo is a bit vague on that:

The court in 2008 imposed a wholesale ban on such searches at the government’s request, said Alex Joel, civil liberties protection officer at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). (emphasis RSR)

Hmmm. Now what Administration was running the government back in 2008? I wonder...

If Obama Had A Son...

Would he look like murdered baseball player Chris Lane, or like his alleged killers, who took Lane's life because:

"They saw Christopher go by, and one of them said: `There's our target,"' Ford said. "The boy who has talked to us said, `We were bored and didn't have anything to do, so we decided to kill somebody."'

He said they followed the 22-year-old Lane, a student from Melbourne attending college on a baseball scholarship, in a car and shot him in the back before driving off.

Ford told the television station KOCO in Oklahoma City that one of the teens said they shot Lane for "the fun of it."

If Obama weighs in on this murder - and I think he will - it will not be to decry for the total lack of human values of these alleged killers, or the senseless taking of a life because of it. Seems the Australians (Lane was an Australian) are recommending Aussies "think twice" about travel to the US until the America 'does something' about guns. As if the gun was bored and didn't have anything to do so it decided to kill somebody for the fun of it. But no matter, Barry and friends never let a tragedy go to waste - especially when it comes to guns, or when it comes deflecting what The Left / Mainstream Media has done to Black America in the last 50 years.

Maybe Chris Lane should have been wearing a hoodie and just bought some Skittles...

Well, There's Your Problem.

ObamaCare as a flow chart. There are circuit boards in your smart phone that are simpler. But since ObamaCare was never was about health care, but about control - control of your lives to control government costs - our masters see this maze as a feature, not a bug. Bonus points: Can you find the "If you like your current doctor / insurance you can keep it" bubble? Yeah, me either.

And remember, Louisiana voters, Sen. Mary "Louisiana Purchase" Landrieu (D-DC), thinks ObamaCare is just peachy (for you, anyways) and says she'd vote for it again!

The Obama Recovery.

As we head into the middle of our fourth 'Recovery Summer', let's look at what Barry, Joe, and the rest of Team Hopenchange have accomplished:  The longest measure of 7-plus percent unemployment on record, only  47% of adults have full time jobs, and our deficit for FY 2013 is only - only - $845 billion, dropping below $1 trillion for the first time in four years.

Aren't you glad they saved us from the Bush "unsustainable" $400 billion deficits and 5% unemployment?
