OK, not really. I guess there are "two Americas" after all - one with a conscience, and one with juris doctor degrees.

Perhaps this will be a rant, perhaps not. As a lawyer of thirty-three years and one who isw both proud of his reputation and proud of the hard work that was necessary to obtain my juris doctor degree and to build my reputation, I must object to your carte blanche indictment of folks with a JD degree. Are their bad lawyers, you bet? Are all, or even most, bad, hardly.
