If you have not read it already, this essay from Bill Whittle at NRO knocks it out of the park. I mean, over the Green Monster, over Landsdowne Street, and puts it somewhere out on the Mass Pike. My sentiments exactly.

Duty, honor, flag, country: these are words that define which citizens of this country put country first or self-interest first.
Listen to McCain/Palin speeches and then Obama/Biden. And listen to the commentary.
This campaign is not just about issues. It will define the visceral direction of this country: will we be "me first" or "country first"?
