Back when GM made great cars, they distributed things like this. Ironic, since GM is helping pave the modern Road to Serfdom with it's recent bailout.
While down in Honduras this past week we were in some of the most rural, impoverished parts of the country - a place where only the toughest, most reliable vehicles endure. Out there all the trucks and SUVs we saw - vehicle types America pioneered - were Japanese, not American. (Our SUVs were Mitsubishi and got us everywhere. Only in the cities did we see American-made cars and trucks. And then, not very many.)
