The GOP wants to cut $20 billion from Obama's $1.13 trillion request (yes, trillion) for Federal agencies operations next year. Get 'effing real. If Republicans are really serious about fiscal responsibility, make the number $200 billion. Or $500 billion. Outside of national defense, disaster relief, and justice, there is nothing that can't be eliminated.
