A Tampon Tax? (UPDATED)

If folks are reading this correctly, under ObamaCare "the term "taxable medical device" means any device (as defined in section 201(h) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act) intended for humans." Which means that unless Secretary Sebelius says otherwise, all of those will be 2.3 percent more expensive.

Glenn Reynolds and others are calling it 'The Tampon Tax' because, technically, those fall into this category. Since we can't cry anymore, let's have some laughs:

Tampon Tax? I thought they promised to only stick it to the rich?
Heyyyyooooo! [rimshot!]
Is that how they're trying to plug the "donut hole"?
Hello? Hello? Is thing on?
ObamaCare isn't even two days old, and already there are strings attached.
Thank you. Thank you. I'll be here all week. Try the buffet.
