*Sigh* Too much willingness to be agreeable during planning stages. The article says they have a shortage of "school places". That must be something new - we only had "schools".
And to think we learned how to read and write and multiply in those same schools our grandparents had attended, with radiator heat, no air conditioning but windows that opened... oh, and an average of 35 kids per classroom (and per teacher)!
